Service Agreements

Your HVAC system needs regular maintenance

Many people don’t know that their HVAC systems need regular maintenance.  Dust, dirt and debris from the outside and the inside can all affect the performance of your unit.  Regular cleanings will keep your  unit working properly and regularly changing the filters will avoid undue stress on your unit while keeping the air you breathe free of these contaminants.  Just think, you wouldn't run your vehicle all year without changing the oil or checking the fluids, but many people go for years without maintaining their HVAC systems.

A common problem as units age is that a furnace has been turned off for the summer, or an air conditioning unit off for the winter, with no maintenance performed before the first start up of the new season.  Then, when that first frosty night hits and the furnace is turned on, the homeowner finds themselves without heat for the night.  With a service agreement you can be assured that your system is up and running properly before you need it.

With PDI's commitment to customer service, you can be assured that if you ever do find yourself surprised on a cold night, help is just around the corner.  With our 24hr service, you will never have to wait until Monday on a sweltering August weekend or an icy January night.
